Also, try to maintain the temperatures at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below, for the refrigerator and 0 degrees or below for the freezer. These are some of the ideal temperatures for food to be stored properly. Apart from this, different types of food, such as eggs, fruits or vegetables require different types of storing.

There is a wide list of good food that keeps you well in terms of aging. These may even help you get rid of age related diseases or at least help you sail through them smoothly.
